Hey everyone,

Thanks for the great advice really! It's really helpful.

Sorry for the late reply, have been away and busy with lots of stuff.

@lonegael thanks! I've seen a psychiatrist a few years back during my army days (national service is compulsory in singapore for guys) for sleeping problems, but none for bipolarity I guess I've always been scared to end up becoming a P case (because in the army, being a P does not hold well against you, and in the society here).

@Truth1st and Blackpup thanks for the advice! It's very useful especially the one on Blackdog Institute I've had a pretty bad case of depression when I was in Secondary School (thats around age 13-16, not sure what is the equivalence in other countries), but never saw a Pdoc for it. Eventually, I just numbed myself and became pretty much emotionless But am thankfully that I had many friends who helped me through. I still remember a girl from another class committed suicide during one of school days.. Case of depression as well

Well, guess we have a long way to go.. thanks for everyone's advice and help greatly appreciate it!
Thanks for this!
