Good advice so far with the baking soda and vinegar. Don't mix together though because my kids took this afternoon Mad Science class and they made explosive rockets by mixing vinegar and baking soda lol. If you think an infection is starting, you should go on antibiotics. Another thing you should add regularly to your diet is yogurt or acidopholis supplements.

More tips - don't wait long to pee and when you pee, be patient and let it all come out - some people are in a hurry and stop peeing before they're done. Another valuable tip is - if a woman takes a bath and her lower area is unclean (obviously) - this bacteria circulates in the bath water. I rarely take baths, but if I do, I make sure to wash the lower half quickly in the shower and I clean the bath tub 1st. Also don't use any bubble bath products or oils in the bath. If a woman is sexually active - both partners should be clean first and the woman should pee after sex to flush any bacteria which could be in/around the urethra. I hope you feel better soon.
