Hi Drakenyte and Mike, welcome to PC

Been on a bit of a break and just getting caught up with the threads. People are probably getting tired of hearing it, but I sure missed this place.
Neither of you mentioned medications, so I'm assuming you're not on any? My initial diagnosis came from my GP who prescribes my medications, but consults with a psychiatrist on them. I was on a waiting list for a therapist and just got started a few weeks ago, but one of the things she told me is that, if the diagnosis is correct, the medication is necessary in order for the therapy to help. I'm BP II and on Lamictal and Wellbutrin. I can definitely say the meds made a HUGE difference.
