That is exactly the reason I use it.I get triggered into some very negative emotions and then can't crawl out.Things related to my youth.Btw....ignoring does not mean enemy....it means self care.That is the reason for the forum feature.I don't think of anyone in terms of enemy,but I suppose that others do....
