Just want you to know that I am always thinking of you. I feel helpless too not being able to do enough to help you feel better. You really can have a better life if you make a few changes and accept the good things, even if there are still troubles too. You are a good person, you are good at so many things - helping people here, taking care of Alex (he loves you so much - you have earned his love), your job and working with the people under you there (congratulations on the raise!).
