Hello fellow forum goers.

Anyone else feel, when off meds i guess, cycle so fast, it seems that every few days? My T suggested she noticed three distinct mood swings in a 48 hour time frame with me once. (Again, i share an online journal w/ T) But we've narrowed down a 4-7-day swing schedule for me.

Anyone else have rapid, or ultra rapid cycling?
