Just wanted to vent...I am angry with my T right now.
She is making me promise something I don't want to promise. (not a safety issue)
Anyway, I made the promise because I have to adhere to her instructions when she feels like I am trying to sabotage my therapy or something good in my life.
But, I am mad. And, I just wanted to say it!!!!!!!!
