I'm just curious, is this the first ad you have ever taken? or have you tried others?
This is the first I've taken. I'm only on 30mg, to start. I tried taking it right before bed, but that just resulted in me waking up a few hours later unable to go back to sleep. If I take it in the morning, it takes me forever to get to sleep, but once I do, at least it's not interrupted.
