I'ver tried pretty much everything except MAOI's. I saw my psychiatrist again yesterday, and for some reason he is willing to let me try an MAOI now (I swear he's got multiple personalitites or something...).

I am working on getting an appointment at the Mayo Clinic her in MN at this point. It's only about a two hour drive, so I'm hoping I can get in there since they are supposed to be among the best....
