We've been having big server problems at work this week and I've been really frustrated (I am very impatient, especially where computers are concerned!!!) I have been quite irritable at work (to put it mildly!!
) and my sucky attitude has been making me feel bad about myself. Today I made a big effort to keep my trap shut instead of complaining!! I'm still frustrated by the ongoing computer issues, but I definitely feel better for not *****ing about it all day!!
