Ah, but the rub is how do you learn to communicate? One often isn't taught good communication skills by one's parents or has a personality that shies away from interaction, etc. I took a college Speech class course on "Listening" and learned so very much (and kept the textbook). Communication has to go two way and I may be a wonderful communicator but if I'm not heard or if I send but don't receive well etc. It ain't easy.
