I have issues falling asleep at night. I used to take benadryl to sleep but my counselor suggest I stop doing that, so I have. When I first started Zoloft, it would make me really drowsy but now it doesn't. What are some techniques y'all use to fall asleep?
Oh, and the reason I said I am nocturnal is because I pretty much have been sleeping all day long during winter break. I think that has a lot to do with my depression though and not having the desire to do anything.
