my mom waiting until my younger sister was 15 before she took my dad to court for back child support. my brother now 30 and i ( now 28) were already out of the house... he is on a fixed income....881.. a month and 440 of that goes to her.... she has no kids at home now but she takes it anyways..... I hate that they are putting you in the middle.....it is not fun...
