Yes, it really can be, DSF. We don't have the benefit of looking at the person that we're having conversation with and see their face, know their body movements, or the tone of voice.

For instance, I have a pretty dry sense of humor and sometimes when I joke people don't know that I am. I always make sure to type that now.
