Hello, Salty04!

Welcome to Psych Central!
Could you kindly reconsider moving/reposting this thread to the New Member section or Other Mental Health discussion area? This section is meant for more casual talk.
Nevertheless, I'd be glad to respond to this thread! I'm sorry you are feeling this way even after starting therapy though I am happy your medication is helping you. Perhaps you are feeling this sort of confusion because you are talking your thoughts out. Maybe by talking with your therapist, also called "T" on this website, is getting your thoughts revved on other bothersome topics. Please talk with your therapist regarding your confusion for your therapist will assist you and guide you in the right path.
I've had confusion when I talk with other people as well sometimes mainly because I never knew their thoughts about what I was talking about. I wondered if I was being taken seriously or if what I was talking about was pointless and solvable on my own. Your therapist is meant to help with those sort of thoughts though, so, again, do tell him/her about your confusion.
Also, try to listen to other people the best you can while they speak. I know the mind can wander, but I find listening shows compassion. I'm sure there's a great deal of people in the world who likes to be heard (perhaps the people who talk with you).
Lastly, relax once in awhile to the point where you feel you are clearing and unwinding your mind if you feel thoughts racing, piling up, etc. in your mind.
Do take care, salty!
