I could use a big hug. I have ADD and so do my 28 yr son, my 11 yr daughter, my 7 yr gs, and my 5 yr gs. We all have anger mgmt issues that we are constantly trying to keep under control. We forget things, take lots of reminder notes, have a hard time concentrating, are easily bored, etc. My daughter, my grandsons and I are currently taking Vyvanse and I think it helps the kids a lot, I also take Mega-Red otc in vitamin aisle and it helps a lot with memory loss and concentration. I have a major control freak husband of 11 yrs who does NOT believe in anyone having HEALTH PROBLEMS!! He makes sure I have no friends, family members don't want to be around him so with the Arthritis in 24 of 40 joints and 6 herniated discs in lower back n neck I really could use all the support I can find. That is why I am here. How about you?
