you can get service dogs in the uk, i am not sure where from but know of a friend who has one! i think any dog can be classed as a service dog, you need to buy a special coat and train them to behave in public. service dogs like guide dogs are allowde in all public places like pubs, busses etc. not much help i know but hope it helps you a bit!
