In my area the normal frequency is either once a month or biweekly for about 45-55 minutes at a time. If you're not doing well you can see your T for about the same duration once a week.
Right now I'm in partial hospitalization twice a week. So I really don't see just one T. I have 3 which is pretty convenient.
