Definitely is part of the up of BP... Have stuffed up before myself... I guess what I find is to remove the access to temptation... just like hiding your credit cards if you spend excessively when manic (but a bit harder to hide all eligible partners!!!!) I stay away from specific guys that I am tempted with and be careful who I drink with.
(and take extra medication)
