I'm with Far on this one. There are always two sides to every story, and something sounds very iffy about some of the claims being made.

If the matter actually does come to court, you might get a better picture of what is going on if you went to the proceedings. I would certainly withold judgment based solely on what you read on the internet.

If there is pending litigation she likely can not discuss the details of the case with you, and in actuality, she probably shouldn't anyway.
