I am very proud of myself today because I made a dentist appointment. This may seem like small potatoes, but I haven't gone in years and I have a serious phobia of the dentist. Even thinking about it makes me anxious, but I did it and somehow feel happy about it. I know I will need to get a lot of work done, but I need to be an adult!
