I have 3 boys,13,15,& 22, none want to help with housework. so I make it a game for myself. they are capable of helping around the house with everything. they wait for me to make the meals and grocery shop. I've decided to cook when I was done with the chores, so this meant they had to wait for a meal, and they have to clean the dishes. And the new thing is, oh, there's nothing to eat in the house, cuz mom didn't shop. I have allot of chores to do, something has to give, so I hit them in their
stomachs. They are slowly getting the clue. tonight the oldest actually paid for pizza and salad for dinner. Today is Monday, not gonna shop til Thursday. Trust me theirs enough food for atleast a week, they just don't want to have to make it themselves. My boys sit around playing video games all day, I am in no hurry to cater to them.
