I know it's disheartening (to say the least) to do things that used to give us so much pleasure and to find that that pleasure is absent for the time being. I replied to an email that I have been procrastinating about. I don't know why I do this. I feel so guilty if I leave it too long before I reply. And yet, for whatever reason, there are certain emails that I just can't face replying to right away. And I have no idea why.
