A lot of in-between details are of course missing from your other post, but from what I gather he certainly sounded threatening. *YOU* have a right to talk to the police on your own--this is happening to YOU. I don't know the legal aspects of someone's age who reports something, but nonetheless, it could be a good idea to get what happened documented with the police. I think it would also help to bring you at ease. I know how hard it is when your mom doesn't do what you think is best when it comes to potential or actual legal issues.
