poetgirl, I'm sorry you're feeling stuck. I think it's a good idea to accept the feeling, like you said, and see what happens. Fighting feelings usually doesn't work.
It sounds like everything seems overwhelming right now. Is there one aspect of your life that doesn't feel stuck? Or one little part that you can move forward just a little?
As far as being stuck in therapy, that's something you probably need to discuss with your T. I'm sorry you don't feel connected right now, but that's not going to stay the same. Wherever you're stuck isn't going to always be that way, either. Tomorrow you may feel different!
I have felt stuck and immobilized, but those feelings come and go. Probably a small bit of action helps me, I'm not quite sure. I hope you feel better soon.
