Notes to self:
Take time to be yourself and realize that you are not your condition and your condition is not who you are.
If people like the manic you but could care less about you any other time, they are not friends.
Your health and life is more importaint than your job regardless of what the employer thinks (if they want my ups they have to deal with the downs and not expect the normal me to be as energetic and motivated as the manic me).
It is ok to fail and it is ok to make mistakes, it is how you recover that shows your character.
