I've been going to a therapist for almost a year now for anxiety and PMDD issues. I've been trying to go every 2-3 weeks or so. But due to my work schedule and stuff I haven't been there in like a month and half. It's longest break I've had since I've started. I go back tomorrow actually. In a way I think the break was good because it helped me realize I can deal with my emotions on my own, and I did alot of writing in my journal which also helped. I am glad to start up again though.
