thank you and no worries. was going to go to a nook class after racquetball this afternoon but the snow and ice came in and i decided to go home, cook dinner, and veg.
my friend at work had a similar thing in november. they went into look and put 3 shunts in. my big health anxieties are heart related due to family history. he is my age and build but i exercise more. it kinda freaked me out a bit.
he is doing fine, we exchange recipes and i lent him a couple of cook books (i am a good cook). after 4 years i think i have the "having a heart attack" panic under control. had panic attacks back then, 2 emergency room visits but i learned a lot about what to do without using a lot of meds. still have my baby xanax but only had 2 pills this month, one because i was really anxious and the other because i thought i might be and just didn't want to work anything else.
of course i watch what i eat and my bp and hdl/ldl but don't obsess over them or my diet.
