Well said, Wayne!! I keep having to remind myself of this too.....I'm glad you're doing better this evening. I can really relate to what you say here about tending to feel worse in the mornings. I'm the same way. Apparently our levels of cortisol are highest when we get up, and if I tell myself that it helps me not worry about it so much.
