I don't usually have many dreams. But Zopiclone is bad news for me. While I'm on it, I tend to sleep realy deep without dreams, but once I stop it, I have terrible nightmares, and have even lashed out and hit my boyfriend in my sleep.

On Tuesday night I started to grind my teeth again. Ironically it was the first time i'd taken Zopiclone in a while. And the whole night I still kept arguing with my boyfriend that I WASN'T grinding my teeth. I heard the noise, but really didn't believe it was teeth grinding.

oh well....
