i'd go with your gut feeling on this. it's usually the right decision. what a great organization by the way.
if you feel you have a "lot on your plate" right now maybe a sabbatical. but on the other hand if it feeds your spirit in a positive way...then go for it. you've already managed this in your schedule at your school now.
the takes time to set up factor would help you decide if it's too much right now. ok i've gone in a circle.  i dk. just some thoughts for you.
