Sorry you're feeling overwhelmed today.

Our sky here today is very wintery, and the temps feel cold. When it is like this, my first instinct is to back to bed, and get under my down comforter, and sleep til Spring.

When I get overwhelmed, I find it helps to lie down for a little bit and relax. I sort through all the things on my plate, and then decide what the most important item is. When I feel refreshed, I get up and tackle that one thing.
