Everything is in "My Profile" in the blue menu at the top. By default, email subscriptions to threads you reply is turned off.

To change the status of your subscriptions, go to "Edit Options" in Settings & Options:

It's in the second box, "Default Thread Subscription Mode."

If you want to turn off subscriptions to current threads you're subscribed to, you need to do that individually on each thread, which is displayed when you click on "My Profile."
