I truly don't think I was abusing alcohol in having a glass in the evenings. Nonetheless, I am following instructions. My PDoc has increased my lexapro dose and I'm hoping the muscle knotting eases up. I have been in pain today, but emotionally I feel better. I had the feeling that the wine relaxed my muscles enough to give me relief.

On another note. I think I know the answer to the history of left=sinister. I just read it in "The DaVinci Code". Yeh... I get all my history from novels! OK... found it: Historically, the concepts of male and female have assigned sides. Left is female and right is male. As christianity took over, they began to make things to do with ancient pagan worship... goddess worship... evil. Therefore, goddess is female; female is left; left is evil or sinister... at least that's what my novel taught me
