David, I too am on sick leave for about 3 months now for depression. Can totally relate. I do not have any disability insurance though; do you? We are having a tough time financially. If I could just snap out of this and start caring about humanity I might be able to do my job in healthcare again. I might be able to go through the motions (very slowly) now, but it is hard to care about a patient when all humanity seems better off dead.
