hey all,
today was horrible as hell! i had individual therapy at school today and my therapist brought up my eating habits. heh. i said i havent been eating and when i do i threw it up a little bit because i dont like the number on the scale im looking at. ..so0o0o she said to me she doesnt want to break confidentiality but, she maybe has to tell miss bertelli (the director of my school) about this and she would help reccommend some options for me! im like,wtf? i just confided in her...but i can understand after realizing what i just said in the session..lol..well, anyways, she then told me that she wants me to get help and whatnot and whats best for me....yeahhh right.
idk what to do...
