I have a great Pdoc and I still forget things all the time! I bring a list with me of things I think are important. A lot of times I forget I even brought the list so I put it in my check book on top of the next available check so that if I forget to give it to her I can give it to the receptionist to put in her mailbox when I pay my bill.
