I'd assumed that it was his fault. But the insurance company told me today that I was reasoned to be 25% responsible for being backed into. I should have honked my horn, yelled, or backed up, as I had a bit of time before he actually hit me.
The biatch is that my TBI makes me slower at processing info and reasoning abilities. Just a couple of seconds before he backed into me is wwhen I finally realized that he couldn't see me & that I needed to move. Too late! He crashed into my side mirror and driver's window. At least I turned my head to the other side ~ as the glass pieces went everwhere. You can bet I'm kicking myself real hard for this stupid accident now.
On a more positive note, glad to hear that your allergies aren't bothering you. *Knock on wood* I hope that you can get some much-needed rest soon. Best wishes to you!
