45 minutes, five days a week on the treadmill. Thats my plan. I talked it over with my therapist and she thinks its the best thing I can do for my depression as well. I'm not big on taking meds unless I really need to and she said exorcise is a natural mood booster. By Valentines day I hope to see a little improvment in me
