hopefully your insurance company didn't tell you that...if they did lousy people handling your case....on the other hand the other persons insurance company will do anything and tell you anything to get you to feel bad about it and coerce you to say it's my fault.,..which you should never do even if it is your fault. u didn't even know he was going to hit you you thought he saw you so why would a horn be needed?
insurance company's are hard to come by the ones on your side but i have noticed the more expensive ones are always there to fight for you. they don't want to pay out and will fight tooth and nail
