oh and also another thing you should know when the other peoples insurance calls you you have the right to refuse to talk to them and tell them you want your lawyer or your insurance guy/girl who is handling your case to be on a conference call with them..everything is taped and they could help you out especially if they say or ask you things they are not allowed to..it's kinda like if the police take you in to get questioned and having the whole having lawyer there thing
