close to 30 years...1 pack a day....quit on Jan. 3. I have had a cigarette here and there, but overall I am doing good. I am also tackling eating healthy...I'm not overweight, but don't want to gain weight because I quit smoking. Also going to the gym....figured I might as well do it all at once. Probably 3-4 times a week at the gym for an hour each time. I feel so much better!!! My boyfriend smokes, and that is why I feel I have been sneaking the cigarette here and there. I have to make the committment to just give it up altogether!! Keep up the good work....I am struggling alot some days, but I know it's worth it!
