that sucks.... not only that she got on your case about it-at work (!) but that she thinks that she has the right to want to 'hit' you b/c of it, seeing how she used to do it for attention.... I doubt that you showed your scars/cuts into her face asking for her to look at them.... did you say something to her? these are the kind of people that bring about that stigma that someone who si or has an ed does it for attention... but if someone is trying to hide it, how the hell is that for attention? sure some people do it b/c of that, but she should have been a little bit more sensitive to the issue, but I guess that just shows you that she really doesn't understand... and just assumes she gets it. you don't owe her or anyone else an explanation. as you said, it's your responsibility to deal w/ this, not anyone else's.
