I think the patient
can be harmed if the therapist is not skilled enough to manage the pain -- for that patient -- so that it does not become unmanageable. So, the outcome depends both on how well the patient can manage pain and/or anxiety, and the abilities of the therapist. How easy do you think it would be for you to find a different T whose abilities would much better mesh with your needs?
