Sounds like that T did more harm than good. Too bad. I'm glad your husband is trying to understand your bipolar. Mine is hard for me to even understand, let along my husband. But at least he is trying. I hope things smooth out for you. Don't give up on therapy, it is a good idea. But, you definitely need to find someone who is familiarwith bipolar.
