I'm feeling so good about being unstuck. It's been hard to carry this secret into my session every week and hide it from him.

I feel like I just went skydiving.....forced my terrified self to jump out of the plane.....and I'm still alive. No, I'm more alive.

Oh, did I mention how great my T is...oh, I did?

Hope this feeling lasts for a while. I know there are many twists and turns ahead. And I know there will be more pain. We just opened up a whole new door.
But now.......I'm good.
