FYI, I read about EMDR and the studies. I know it's not totally accepted, and what it's used for. My T knows it too. She's not stupid, you know. And YOU don't know everything no matter how brilliant you are!!!

So please practice your psychology on someone else and not ME. You are NOT helping me. Don't you see that? You're just making me defensive. You may think you have all the answers but you don't.
