((((My dear Yack))))

I have experienced what you have described zillions of times during different periods of therapy. The zoned-out head; the alternate feelings of head about to implode/explode; thinking being painful; the thought of eating (even if tummy is growling) being totally disgusting in thought and/or nature. Sweating like "blind date" syndrome; a movie I own that I've seen a dozen times, suddenly freaking me out to the max....................... ringing any bells (oh, auditory hallucinations, like hearing music you KNOW is NOT playing, sometimes 25 stations at once)

These were generally during depressive episodes (major)triggered by PSTD memories........ OR unexplained emotional stress from "nowhere"...................

CHEER UP! It really DOES go away...time periods are hard to guess-ti-mate, BUT, it helps greatly to journal your experiences IF you can. I know during those times, sometimes the thought of holding a pen is utterly ridiculous.(try...)Get as much sleep as possible b/c it's terribly taxxing to you're body, as you will find out when you sleep.

Feel better soon........??
