Hi! I just started practiceing yoga for the last couple of months and it has been so wonderful. Normally I would think it was too weird. But I went in with an open mind, and found it to be very mentally and physically relaxing. It is helping me cope better with stress. After my first class, I was so relaxed, I came home and took a 3 hour nap, and I don't normally nap during the day. Try it, you might like it!
