I can SO relate to that exhaustion.
Can you just let the laundry and dishes go for a day? I know it's hard, but I've learned to cut myself some serious slack around the house the day after my therapy sessions. The sky won't fall because the dishes are dirty. (though, when I was a child, not doing the dishes had serious consequences, so it's hard to be gentle to myself there...)
Or, at the very least, I try to do something nice for myself...go out for a cup of coffee. Watch a movie with my kids (I don't usually let them watch TV, so it's a treat for all of us and it gives me a little break.)
Just be kind to yourself.
